We are a family run well established ladies fashion store in a friendly village like high street (Barnes)and we are looking for a sales assistant who can fit in well with all of us and within our business and importantly someone who is extremely confident in their selling ability. Also someone who is happy to work alone in the store at times, taking responsibility for all the sales as well as keeping the shop perfectly clean and tidy, opening up the store and cashing up at the end of the day. Someone who is extremely self motivated and can deal equally well with keeping busy when the shop is quiet as well as coping when the shop is busy and making sure all customers are attended to - something that frequently happens. For an hour it can be totally dead and then suddenly all changing rooms are full. You need to be able to cope with this

Applicants also

- MUST have previous experience in Ladies Fashion Retail, preferably in stores where they had regular one on one contact with customers.
- must be able to sell and reach sales targets but without being at all 'pushy 'with the customers
- must speak fluent English
- must be cheerful
- must be self motivated
-must love fashion!
- must be punctual ,reliable and responsible.

Also applicants must also be willing and able to work most weekends(saturdays and sundays).
