Rosetta Stone is looking for a talented inbound and outbound telephone sales executive to join its small team in London.

Rosetta Stone advertises extensively in print, on line, on TV and outdoor and generates thousands of calls every week from people wanting to find out more about learning a new language and purchasing Rosetta Stone’s software.
We are looking for a Bilingual (German and English) confident, bright, enthusiastic and outgoing people to join our small, but growing team of telephone sales executives, based in our brand new offices in Clapham, London. If you have a love of languages and enjoy interacting with people then this is a fantastic opportunity. It is those skills we are looking for, even if you do not have years of telephone sales experience.
Full training will be given by our in house trainer. This role involves only receiving inbound calls from print advertising. No outbound cold calling is involved.
OTE £20,000 (basic salary £14,000 plus commission), commission is uncapped
Responsibilities:
• Answering sales and information calls from our national German advertising and website
• Fulfilling Demos from the UK office
The successful applicant will possess the following skills and experience:
• The applicant must have perfect German skills in speaking and writing
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, rapidly growing subsidiary of a multi-national organization.
• High degree of initiative and flexibility.
• Outstanding telephone sales skills.
• Personable, outgoing and team-oriented.
• Enjoyment of interacting with customers and staff in the UK, Europe and US.
