An leading Northern American trading house, based in Moorgate, are seeking a new addition to their brand new foreign exchange operations & middle office (Settlements) team which has been transferred from the US. You will have an opportunity to take further responsibility and develop this role on a temp-perm basis.

This role will be working on the trading floor and directly reporting into an FX trader. They have a very friendly and warm atmosphere and are seeking someone as soon as possible.

The roles will be very varied in terms of dealing with the settlement, trade entry, position keeping, and reconciliations surrounding all foreign exchange trades. This will involve the trade capture, monitoring open FX hedge contracts and ensuring proper settlement.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of both the Foreign Exchange (FX) and Foreign currency markets including settlements, trade capture and reconciliations functions.

This role is starting on a temporary basis and is likely to become a permanent role if both parties are happy with each other.
