Accounts Administrator for Busy West London Media Group
We are a busy Digital Media group based in West London looking for an accounts administrator to join our Accounts team. We see this as a role for somebody taking their first steps in accounts and wanting to learn all aspects of the department.
Ours is a lively, growing business and we are looking for someone with initiative, attention to detail and high productivity who will also enjoy working with our technical, sales and production teams.
Your duties will include:
• Credit Control
• Sales Invoicing / Filing
• Purchase Invoicing / Filing
• Bank receipts / payments / reconciliation
• Fixed Asset reporting
• Vat / EC Sales returns
• Sage Line 50
What we're looking for:
• Good communicator - excellent written and spoken english
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Good organisational skills - ability to prioritise work.
• Flexible 'can-do' attitude
• Excellent in Excel, Word
• At least 1 years experience in an admin role
The position is permanent, Monday - Friday - 9-6pm. Reporting to Head of Finance.
