Customer Relations Manager Plumbing Company Part Time

We are looking for a customer relations/office manager to manage our clients and oversee debt collection and problem resolution. We are a small plumbing company in West London so we need someone able to multi task and get involved in all aspects of customer relations. You will have at least 5 years previous experience in a plumbing company and probably have been a plumber before moving into this position.

Your job will involve: checking that boiler and bathroom installations have been installed to a high standard and organise for any snagging to be carried out if necessary. You will also be in charge of resolving any customer complaints and overseeing any remedial work. Also, you will be confident at upholding company procedures and managing debt collection ensuring that the company debts are paid quickly and negotiating any invoices if necessary.

This is not a position for anyone without experience or without the understanding of plumbing/heating in the context outlined above.

Part time initally (hours to be agreed)
