Housekeeper nanny wanted in West London
We are looking for an experienced professional nanny/housekeeper with fluent English, to look after our house and help care for our lively four year old boy and six year old girl.
We live in West London, close to all the shops, Holland Park and Shepherds Bush tube stations, buses and Holland park itself.
The hours are 5 days a week 7.30am to 6.30 pm. The job may also require up to maximum 2 nights babysitting a week (up to 9pm) to be confirmed at the beginning of each week for that will be remunerated separately.
There are lots of nanny/housekeepers at our son’s nursery school (only 5 minutes walk from the house) for the successful candidate to meet and make friends with.
The job description is as follows:
- Helping to get our children getting dressed, making breakfast,
getting our daughter ready for school.
- Two/three mornings a week will be spent looking after our lively 4 year old boy until nursery starts early in the afternoon; this involves providing stimulating play and activities at home, trips to the park, taking him to various activities (tennis, football), taking him to play dates thus contributing to his development and giving him a nutritional meal before walking him to school.
- Housework - Keeping the house clean and tidy throughout.
- Laundry - washing, ironing and putting away.
- After school the successful candidate will be asked to pick up one of the children and to help supervise them and give them supper.
Job requirements:
You must have good English.
You must be a warm and kind person, who loves children, is respectful of others, is pro-active and personable and in good health.
You must have previous childcare experience.
You must be able to provide 2 checkable references, preferably in London
You must have a CRB police check (or willing to do one)
You must have the right to live and work in the UK.
