•Experienced in managing an office premises / facilities management function, with associated responsibility for budgets;
•Experienced in premises / property management;
•Experienced in dealing with health and safety legislation;
•Good interpersonal skills with a strong customer ethos;
•Ability to work to deadlines, often under pressure, under own initiative;
•Also have Enhanced CRB clearance
