My Client is currently looking for a Store Manager to join this innovative fashion brand.

Your role will be to maximise sales and profitability, whilst maintaining effective running of the store and its team.

Key Responsibilities include:

*Driving sales and excellence in customer service
*Commercially aware of competitors and fashion trends
*Ability to Lead and motivate your team to achieve KPI's
*Ability to train and develop the team to achieve high productivity
*Ensuring high standards of Visual Merchandising and store standards
*Ability to manage stock and always making sure the back-of-house is operationally sound
*Ability Recruit and retain employees in the business whilst continually coaching and developing to ensure internal progression plan is achieved by the company.
