Hello, and thanks for reading my ad!

I'm urgently seeking work in double entry bookkeeping, and Sage Line 50. I've passed OCR exams in these subjects, and urgently need practical experience in order to consolidate and to find regular employment in this field.

I've worked in banking, finance, general accounts, and insurance for well over 30 years. I have a solid work ethic; I'm honest and dependable. I'm willing to work on an ad-hoc basis according to your needs. One or two days a week, or every day for two to four weeks. I'm open to offers.

I loved doing test papers and practical exercises during my studies making up the books of fictitious companies. I'd love to give it my very best shot for real. I'm not looking for a contract, and I'm willing to work for free just to get the hands-on experience I crave. I have limited experience of Sales Ladger, mainly chasing up overdue accounts on the phone and by post, but I want much more than that.

I hope we can get together very soon to discuss things. My c.v. is available on request. I live in south-east London close to Croydon, but I'm willing to travel.
