A fantastic opportunity has just arisen for the position of Reception Manager at Franco’s. Amongst other duties this challenging role involves taking reservations, working with the private dining co-ordinator in organising functions and overseeing and implementing various marketing projects.

Franco’s are looking for a dynamic, professional, well presented, articulate and driven person. Somebody who takes great pride in attention to detail, anticipating guests needs and genuinely likes to help people.
Sociable, friendly, witty, positive and understanding are just some of the words that could be used to describe you.

You should have at least 3 years in the hospitality business and should have worked at least one year as a receptionist in a restaurant of the same level of Franco’s. You should be fluent in both written and spoken English.
You should be computer literate and familiar with point of sale systems.

Franco’s Italian restaurant on Jermyn Street has been an institution for over 60 years. Serving breakfast, lunch afternoon tea and dinner Franco’s has gained a reputation for excellent food and service and for truly being at the heart of life in St James’s.
