Introduction to Shiatsu Workshop Sat 14th Nov 11am to 1pm at Eastern Garden
Would you like to find out more about shiatsu and how it works, and to have a go at it yourself?
This practical, introductory workshop will explore basic principles of shiatsu, grounding and energy work. It will include practical exercises, discussions and demonstrations and introduce self-shiatsu, meridian stretches and some basic shiatsu techniques. No previous experience or knowledge is necessary. Come with your questions and a willingness to explore and participate in practical exercises. Please wear loose comfortable clothing. Places are limited so advanced booking is essential. Cost £20.
