We are currently looking for a skilled, dependable, trustworthy individual who is enthusiastic, hardworking, willing to turn their hand to whatever is necessary to maintain a building of luxury studio flats.

Duties vary depending on the situation in the building (repairs, general maintenance, painting, etc) some ad hoc tasks may be required.
Good Command of English is required; Must be able to legally work in the UK (working holiday visa, EU- preferred).

Supervise a cleaner and report to Facility Manager.

Basics in plumbing, electrics are essential and previous experience in the UK would be of an advantage.

We offer £15.600 p.a. with accommodation with utilities is provided on site .
