Upmarket Kensington salon requires a hairdressing junior. Previous experience working in a salon is necessary for this position. The successful candidate will be required to assist senior stylists with colouring, blowdries, perms, and various hair straightening techniques on caucasian hair. Juniors are also responsible for keeping work spaces tidy.
Candidates must have a good grasp of English, with good customer service skills. Punctuality and personality are also essential for this post. It is also essential to be able to work as a member of a team.
Training is provided on the job, however juniors are responsible for getting models for supervised practice sessions. The position is salaried at £180 per week.
