i am a university graduate (sheffield 07)who has recently been offered a job in london. i am looking for a one bed/ studio flat or a flat share in the finchly/archway areas. i would be ideally be looking to move in around the 26th-30th May

i am a 22 year old male, non smoker. i am a keen sportsman and music fan. i compete regulary in athletics competitions across the country and enjoy going to gigs and festivals. i feel that i am very down to earth with a good sense of humour.

when i finished university in june i decided to go travelling for 6 months in which i enjoyed meeting many new people. it was one of the best experiences of my life and i plan on doing some more travelling in the future.

i am able to pay up to approx £160 pw; having a steady, regular income paying the rent will never be a problem. i can put down a good deposit initially.
