We have a lovely large terraced house and the 2nd floor is becoming vacant from January. We're looking to fill the space with a fun and friendly couple. Rent is £750pcm and bills typically amount to £50pppm.

The area (a converted loft space) consists of a spacious double room, private bathroom and a second room which can be used as a walk-in wardrobe and has a futon double bed.

As for the rest of the house, we have an open plan kitchen/dining room, separate living room and a great garden with barbecue. All the mod cons are provided by the landlord.

We are a friendly bunch who enjoy socialising as well as good dinners in. My boyfriend and I are in one of the rooms on the first floor while a friend of ours is the guy in the other.

We're on Strathville Road and less than 10 minutes walk from the train station. Earlsfield has plenty on offer and is an easy train ride into London with trains every 3 or 4 minutes. It is a quiet, leafy street with a very family/residential feel to it. Neighboured by Wandsworth, Clapham and Wimbledon you will have access to all the best things of SW London.
