Receptionist Required: Park Royal

4-RAIL Services Limited require a Receptionist to join our steadily expanding company.
This newly created role will be based at our new premises in Park Royal.

The successful candidate will be at the front of house, and therefore, will need to be extremely punctual, well presented, and professional. You will also be working amongst highly skilled professionals and scientists, and will need to have good communication skills as well as a motivated "can-do" attitude and be able to work independently as well as part of a structured team. A specific eye for detail is essential, and as this role requires some typing, you will need to be I.T literate and proficient in the use of various Microsoft packages.

Receptionist duties shall include, but are not limited to:

• Answering and diverting all incoming calls
• Meeting and greeting visitors
• Managing the visitors signing in book
• Maintaining the staff log in book
• Maintaining the buildings welfare facilities
• General data entry
• Generating small reports
• Assisting the Office Manager with stationery requirements
• Producing detailed site plans
• Replenishing office consumables
• Opening and recording jobs using Microsoft Access
• Assisting the management team in administrative duties as required
