I have two large fully furnished bedsits to rent in Camberwell SE5 opposite the Camberwell College of Arts and Camberwell Art Gallery. The rooms are of a good size approx 14ft by 13ft. The rooms are bright clean and in good decor. They are furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, draws, table and chairs and a small fridge. And can be let separately or to two people that know each other.
It is a friendly victorian house and it is situated in between Camberwell and Peckham South East London and is very close to buses which take about 10 - 15 minutes to the Victoria and Trafalgar Square. It is also a short bus ride away from Kings College Hospital, Lewisham, Catford etc. Peckham Rye train station is 12-15 minute walk.
The rooms are large and for working people or student, the rent charged is £115pw each and paid 5 weeks in advance this includes council tax, water, broadband, electric and gas.
