Job Description:
To make outbound calls to customers to ascertain why they are not using their accounts at present, promote product packages, confirm interest and conduct new applications.

The nature of the call requires the specialist to offer high product knowledge, gain understanding of the customer requirements, overcome objections and collect the relevant information.

Applicants should have the following skills:
• B2C or B2B Sales experience.
• Excellent telephone manner and a high standard of spoken English.
• Outstanding communication and rapport building skills.
• Good objection handling skills.
• Ability to retain product knowledge.
• Good grammar.
• Multi-Tasking Ability.
• Written Communication Skills.
• Sales orientated.
• Organized.
• Soft Sales/Encouragement Skills.
• Excellent Rapport Building Skills.
• Analytical and Judgment Skills.
• Self motivated.

You will need to be available to work Monday-Friday 11.00 am-20.00 pm. Applicants must be able to commit to a minimum of 3 months.
