I have a room available for rent.. The room is a double room, newly decorated, with wardrobe, chest of drawers, side cabinet, double bed, carpeted, and also has freeview within the room. And small cd player.

There is also wireless internet connection available.

The house is a thrree bedroomed property. Located on a quiet private estate. The house is decorated in a very modern manor, with a brand new fitted kitchen including dish washer. The house has central heating and also double glazed windows, so in those colder month the room always remains warm.
The location of the house is very local to all transport links, 5 mins from British rail main line station to London Bridge, journey time approx 20mins. There is also the DLR link and also many buses available for local journeys, also 2 night buses from the city.

The rent for the room is £425 this includes all bills.

I am looking for someone who is honest, trustworthy and most importantly a very well mannered and friendly person, that I am able to get along with. I am also looking for someone who has a job, and do not accept any DSS.
I do realise that this advert is very short, however I am more than happy to answer any questions you may have that need answering.
