The studio is approx 1000 sq ft of open plan shared studio space within a converted showroom with 2 mtr x 1 mtr sturdy desks, plenty of natural light and a small cluster of red armchairs which can be used as an informal meeting area when greeting clients or for a well deserved coffie break.

The desk space is £40 per week per desk all bills incl + WiFi (24 meg) the desks can pe rented per week / month or yearly. We are flexible with the terms of the rent as we understand and cater mostly for the freelance self employed industry which needs to move and addapt accordingly.

If renting per week rent will be paid in advance and if per month a holding deposit will be required, we normally charge a months deposit of £173 and rent is paid in advance comencing on your moving in date with keys and codes supplied a few days before in order to enable you to settle on so your first day can be a productive one.
