This is truly a fantastic role at the Head Office of London's leading independent Reception Management services as our Grooming Trainer. Office Concierge employs over 400 corporate receptionists to work within a number of prestigious buildings across the City of London. In this diverse role, no two days will be the same as you will divide your time between covering our Head Office reception, grooming training and uniform fitting.

1 day of the week your role will be devoted to providing high quality grooming training to all our employees. From makeup to hair, it will be up to you to ensure that our receptionists have all the correct tools to ensure that the Office Concierge brand standards are maintained at all times. Previous beauty training is essential in this role and experience training groups or presenting is an advantage.

As a receptionist, you will be responsible for acting as a true ambassador for Office Concierge as the first point of contact for our head office. On top of this, you will also be responsible for the uniform fittings of all employees.
Ideal candidates will have top notch customer service experience, along with the ability to pass their knowledge onto others. Previous relevant experience from a solid customer service environment such as airline, hotels, corporate or equivalent is necessary. We are looking for committed individuals who possess excellent interpersonal skills, a smiling, personable and professional manner and an excellent standard of personal presentation.
