I have a great triple room, and I'm looking for 3 nice and friendly flatmates.

The house is brand new, quite big and it's the ideal sharing house.
There are 3 bathrooms with toilets, the kitchen is huge with 2 sinks, 2 cookers, a big table.

I always pay attention that the house stays clean. A house cleaner comes 3 times a week to clean the common part.

The house is 5 min walk from Leyton tube station, an very close to off licensed shops, and the huge Asda store.

The rent is 65£ /per week per person

Facilities :

I don't ask for deposit, and there is no minimum stay.
