The role requires you to:

* Procure properties via. the Internet, Local Newspapers,etc.
* Accompany prospective tenants to viewings.
*Meeting landlords, answering questions and giving a rental valuation.
* Answering phone enquires and converting them into lettings opportunities.

YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING TO BE CONSIDERED:

*Your own car.
*Sat Nav.
*Your own digital camera.
* PC or laptop with internet access.

YOU MUST BE

*Smartly presented, well spoken and a good communicator
*Target driven and money motivated
*Reliable, honest and takes initiative
*Live in West London or Watford.
*Have previous experience in Sales or Lettings.
