We are looking for a F/T supervisor to join our dedicated team at Speedo in Covent Garden.

Speedo®, the world’s leading swimwear brand, is passionate about life in and around the water, supporting swimming from beginners through to elite level, including the phenomenal Michael Phelps.

Speedo®, is distributed in over 170 countries; and to celebrate its 80th anniversary, has recently launched the world’s fastest swimsuit, the Fastskin LZR RACER®.

You must be talented and self-motivated. Responsibilities include:

• Giving excellent customer service

• Managing a small team

• Opening and closing the store

• Inducting and training other team members

• Developing good product knowledge

• Replenishing stock and maintaining high standards of merchandise and housekeeping

• Supporting the management team

The chosen supervisor will need retail experience in the sportswear industry, and have a track record of successfully managing a team.
The candidates must be hardworking, reliable and a team player.
The candidate should also have GSCE or equivilant in English and Maths.

This position is full time, and will include evening and weekend shifts.
