The workshop as mentioned is fully established and perfectly located with easy access and potential parking availability. Provided are all necessary tooling, safe tool storage space and own stock areas.

The workshop is located beneath our bespoke interior design office and comes with a constant stream of work which comes from our design work. so immediately there is work to tender for as and when we win projects of course in conjunction with your own projects.

Cost includes Rent, Rates, Electricity and Gas, and refuse collection.
