Sushi chef wanted for Japanese restaurant delivery Crouch End N8

Shiso is a modern Japanese restaurant/delivery/take away situated in N8. We are currently recruiting a reliable Sushi chef with knowledge of Japanese hot kitchen. We are open 7 nights per week only.

The ideal candidate would :

. be reliable, organised and creative
. have a very good experience in preparing and cuting fish
. be able to make sushi by hand in front of customers
. be abe to prepare exciting specials such as modern sashimis, special rolls etc..
. be able to work 6 evenings from 4pm to 10.30/11.00pm within a small team
. have a good knowledge of Japanese culture
. have an excellent presentation
. be elligable to work in the Uk
