Hey,

I'm a 25 year-old (younger-looking if London's overzealous bartenders are to believed!) and after a summer down on the South coast I'll be moving back into town in September. I'm a student in East London (Queen Mary in Mile End, so fellow QMUL students are more than welcome!) and work part-time in Putney, all of which means I don't get much time to socialise in uni or make enough time to properly explore what SW and East London has to offer... until now!

I'm British, but really don't mind where you're from (variety is the spice of life!). I'm just looking for a few people to show me some decent pubs, gig venues and general entertainment in the area. Some shared interests would be nice: I'm into music (I play bass guitar, and listen to all sorts - rock/punk/indie/metal), sports: rugby, football (Chelsea, although I know not to bore people with football if it's not their thing!), I prefer a few beers and a gig to going out clubbing, although once in a while I like to do that too.

*Just to clarify (after a couple of responses from guys who have got the wrong idea), although I am looking for both male and female friends, I'm 100% straight. Having said that I don't mind if you're straight/bi/gay/confused or whatever!
