Double room available in friendly flat!
The room goind is of medium size with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws and bedside draws, all modern and fairly new.

The other flatmates are 2 lovely female students studying design courses, so perfect for a creative person! Ideally a girl would be prefered for the flat.

The flat contains a modern kitchin (with new fridge/freezer, washing machine and a dishwasher), a living room, with great views of Golders Green, a large bathroom and two toilets. The flat also has tiscalli TV, a landline and broadband.

The flat is located in Golders Green, in north-west London. There are great local ammunities right outside the flat, including a Marks & Spencers, Waitrose and Boots. Down the road you will find more shops, including a Sainsburys, and if you get on the bus, 15 mins down the road is Swiss Cottage, which has a 24 hour Sainsburys, restaurants and cinemas! Also, the beautiful Hampstead Heath is just a short walk away!

The flat is ideally located for access into central London. Golders Green Station (Northern Line) is just 10min walk/3 min bus down the road. It takes 15 minutes to get to Camden (great for nightlife) and 30 mins to Tottenham Court Road.

I have lived in the flat for the past 6 months and have had no problems with the flat or the area! I will be moving out in December so am looking for the right person to take the room from then. The rent is really good considering the flat and the area. Bills arnt included but they are never more than £30 a month.

The flat is truly worth seeing!
