The towel is made from super-absorbent microfiber (80% polyester, 20% polyamide) and is very soft and durable. It can be used with the dots up for an anti-slip yoga mat or with the dots down and the towel will be held in place on any smooth surface. It is ideal for use in Bikram/hot yoga where one sweats a lot. Size: 63cm x 176cm, similar size to a standard yoga mat.
