London reception / switchboard / customer service jobs

Our retail security company is looking for a dynamic, self driven and pro active person with previous retail experience, to audit and gather feedback from our clients and staff regarding service delivery. The position will be mobile through Central and Greater London so you will need excellent organisational and time management skills.

The ideal candidate will be passionate, have excellent communication and customer service skills and the desire to make a difference.

Normal hours of work will be Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. You will be required to work one Saturday every three weeks with an alternative day off during the week.

The salary for this position will be circa £20K.

Interviews are due to take place on 26th November 2009.
