A high quality Gastro Pub serving lots of local fresh produce is seeking an experienced Chef to add to the team and assist the Head Chef in the day to day operation and improve on its growing reputation.
The operation serves that special blend of modern and traditional food using lots of local fresh produce whenever possible.
As Jnr Sous Chef you will need to come from a similar style and size of establishment. You will need to confident and focused with your approach to work, have excellent man management skills and possess the ability to train and lead your staff.
