It B2B Telemarketer
Our client is looking for experienced B2B IT Telemarketers for ongoing campaigns within their call centre working a Mon-Fri 0800-1600 in West London.
You will need strong IT knowledge and previous telemarketing experience with a clear telephone manner, professional approach and the ability to get past gatekeepers and engage senior management with a view to appointment setting as described below.
JOB SUMMARY, OBJECTIVES AND SPECIFIED TASKS
* Initial account mapping and profiling of database ensuring all calls made are planned.
* Identify decision makers by ensuring appropriate questions are asked and gatekeeper is
passed.
* Using scripts and proposition to build rapport and credibility with the decision maker.
* Respond to questions with clear product knowledge and credibility.
* Record information obtained on database.
* Gather "opt-ins" from customers to receive ongoing our client's communications.
* Liaise with our client Territory Marketing Managers and partners for campaign briefings and
reviews.
* Meet specified daily lead generation and productivity targets.
IMPLIED AND OTHER TASKS
The CMTR should include the following as part of their role to ensure that the objectives and specified tasks can be achieved.
* Develop and nurture relationships
* Strong telephone and communication skills ( listening/questioning/probing skill and objection handling)
* Take ownership for furthering their client knowledge
* Follow defined processes
* Have detailed contract knowledge of client proposition, features, advantages and benefits
* Follow defined quality standards for data entry and checking
* Follow defined complaints and escalation procedures
* Act consistently in a professional manner and as a role model to all staff
* Show a commitment to personal development and career progression
* Be a team player to drive the company to be successful
* Performance orientated and motivated to succeed.
* Proven success in Appointment Setting or Telesales Experience within technology sector
* Channel telesales experience an advantage
PERFORMANCE STANDARDS
Lead generated will be monitored against delivery targets and KPI's
Roles are ongoing with an immediate start - interviews tomorrow morning, Thursday 5th November to start on Monday 9th November paying between £9/10/hr
