Located in De Beauvoir Town is this very friendly flatshare.

The house is a Victorian terrace located close to the beautiful De Beauvoir Square. Up for grabs in this house is one double room and a smaller study room (space hopper not included). 140 quid per week gets you BOTH these rooms – both fully furnished. The flat also has an enormous kitchen with quite possibly the largest oven ever manufactured. If you fancy yourself as a chef, then this flat would be ideal. You could simultaneously cook 4 roasts.

The flat is located close to buses and the soon to open East London line is only a few minutes walk away. The buses take you to Liverpool St in 10-15 minutes. Night buses, for those 3am trips across London, stop close to the house. For those who like a party, or even if you don’t, Shoreditch and Angel are close by. For cheap food, ridley road market in Dalston is just up the road. If you keep walking up that road, you will find yourself in very cool Stoke Newington. London Fields is 5 minutes away. The Scolt Head, the coolest pub ever, is 2 minutes away.

You’ll be sharing with 3 excellent house mates all in there 20s. 2 girls and 1 guy. There is no gender preference. One flatmate is a freelance photographer, one a budding journalist with the BBC, the other one an IT genius with an outrageous collection of records. There is also Floyd the cat. He is house trained and seems to spend most of his time stalking neighbours.

Bills are additional to the 140 a week. The house is decked out with:
