I am a physically disabled (wheelchair user) female PhD student. I am looking for a graduate female Carer/Personal Assistant with a view to long term commitment to work regularly on Wednesdays and Fridays every week. This position requires some flexibility also.

I am looking for someone to physically assist me with daily tasks and independent living. This fun and rewarding work requires someone to help me with going out and maintaining my independence, accompanying me to lectures and seminars, taking notes and helping me physically to participate in university life. This position also involves administration,computing and personal care such as feeding me and assistance with using the toilet.

Skills and experience required
Excellent in written and spoken English, must have basic computer skills and a good telephone manner. People from all backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply.

The rate of pay is £8 per hour.

National Insurance Number and references are essential. Prior experience of disability is not necessary as training will be given.
