French Customer Service and Translation

Based in East Croydon (20 minutes from Central London) and established since 2002, we are an internet marketing company with a wide variety of successful B2C e-commerce websites. Our activities range from healthcare through to shoes and our customers are global. With offices in three countries and a very customer focussed attitude, we have doubled in size every year and now need new people to join our growing company

The Role

Your job will consist of doing the customer service in French (answering email, taking calls, call customers) plus translate documents in French. You will be in constant touch with French language so a good language skill is required. The job will evolve into marketing area after a few months allowing you to use your creative sense.
