Central London based internet start up, Wigadoo, seeks an Online Marketing Manager to join this young, dynamic company.
Wigadoo operates in the social group co-ordination space.
It is the easy way to get a group together when money’s involved, from booking a villa, to a night at the theatre.
Wigadoo is backed by a number of high profile investors from the online travel and leisure sector.
The role offers an opportunity to work in an exciting, flexible, environment where you will be able to play a major role in the growth and development of the company.
You will work closely with the founder team and selected agencies.
You will be responsible for online and offline marketing activities that drive the launch and growth of the business.
You will also play a lead role in ongoing product development.

The Role :-

• To recommend and run marketing campaigns to target new users in student and young professional communities
• To design, run and report back on email & viral marketing campaigns
• To be responsible for website copy
• To design and produce marketing collateral as required
• To recommend, design and run competitions and promotions to drive usage of the site
• To run user testing panels and online surveys /panels to gain user feedback on the site
• To use these user insights to generate recommendations on how to improve the site and champion these changes by working closely with the technical and design team
• To implement the social media strategy

Requirements :-

• Online marketing skills including copywriting and ideally email & viral marketing experience
• Strong sales and communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Someone who is action oriented with strong achievement motivation
• A passionate organiser of social activities with plenty of online experience
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Graduate with a minimum of 2 yrs sales or marketing experience and ideally some online marketing experience

Salary and Benefits :-
