Accounts Assistant
I am a 28-year-old female, accounting student (AAT-evening course) and I am looking for a full-time accounts/admin position.
My working experience includes:
Working as an Accounts Administrator for a large catering company based in central London.
Responsibilities:
- daily takings record, updating financial spreadsheet
- posting all suppliers invoices and credit notes into Sage
- weekly cheque run preparation
- produce client invoices and supporting documentation
- dealing with employee expenses
- supporting HR and payroll administration
Working as a Sales/Purchasing Administrator for a shipping agency
Duties:
- dealing with enquiries, preparing quotations
- purchase order processing, invoicing, preparing shipment instructions
- customer service, answering the telephone, ordering office supplies
Working for a freight forwarding company as an Import Operations Clerk
Main duties:
- organization of the freight collections from the airlines
- monitoring shipments, customer service
- data entry, booking in, maintenance of filing system, general administration
Communications Skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Publisher
Outlook, Sage Line 50, JEBPro, Mercury
