I need a help from a solicitor please read

Hi all, I'm not sure if this is the right place to publish this advertisement but I have no more ideas and I really need a help.

I’m an overseas student in London . I was working for couple of months for part time job. I had personal relations with one of my colleague who was senior to me (I'm a male she is a woman) . When our relations terminated she did everything to get rid of me including: deliberately make me to fail my job, threatening me, taking a few formal steps to fire me, and telling people untruth and confidential information about me. I finally felt that I had no other choice but to resign.

I resigned from my job a year ago on October (2008), as an overseas student I wasn’t aware to the fact that I have to apply to an employment tribunal within 3 months, so I don’t have a case of unfair dismissal (though I did complain formally to head of the dep. and later to HR). However I lately have consulted with a case worker from the Community Legal Advice service, who advised me that I might have a claim against my former employer and/or against my colleague personally under the Protection from Harassment Act and bullying at work and for defamation. Since the advice given by the service is limited to employment cases only, they can not assist me with this, obviously I need a solicitor to deal with the case. To be very honest I can not afford my self expensive legal service. I have applied to the citizen’s advice bureau and to many other pro bono institutions but this is not a priority case. I’m looking for a solicitor that would agree to listen to or read the case (I have summarized it in a word document over 5 pages) and to advise if there is a basis for starting a claim, and if there is indeed will agree to take the case on a basis of ‘no win - no fee’. So far no solicitor has even agreed to read this case as they dont usually take harassment cases on this condition.

A year has passed but this is still frustrating me and causes me a lot of stress, I feel I lost my job because of unfair or even illegal acts. Obviously in the current economic crisis and being overseas student I couldn’t get any alternative job which caused me a financial damage. As more as I read the law against harassment and bullying at work I realize now that I was subject to these things for no reason. For all the volunteer organizations this is not a priority case but it caused me a huge damage and a big stress.

If some one could help me with this it would be a great help! I'm happy to pay for the work once I get a compensation I just can’t pay anything now. Please contact me through this site.
