An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Protocol Education, a market leading education supply agency.

The role is based in our Central London office and will deal largely with the recruitment of our Special Needs and Support Worker candidate pool as well as being responsible for the ongoing attraction, utilisation and retention of candidates.

Applicants should have excellent communication skills, be hands on, driven, self-motivated, able to work in a fast paced work environment and enjoy the buzz of an energetic and sociable office.

Ideal applicants would have recent teaching or support worker experience in the UK, perhaps be a recent PGCE student or internationally trained teacher - looking for a role outside the classroom which would still utilise their knowledge and understanding of the education system.

Applicants must be fluent in written and spoken English and have the right to work in the UK (this is a permanent role therefore no Tier 5 visa applicants will be suitable).

The basic salary will be dependent on relevant experience and in addition to this the successful candidate will be eligible to partake in a termly team bonus scheme.
