My client is seeking an experienced Pastry Chef De Partie to join its brigade for it’s new opening.
You will be creating Modern Mediterranean Cuisine for up to 100 covers. You must have experience in a similar role within a very high standard.
As Chef De Partie, you will be working as part of the brigade to ensure the smooth running of your designated section as well as be involved in the training of the commis chefs.
You will also be given the opportunity to learn and progress.
