Large double room with huge lounge room in lovely Fulham (£475 pcm)
We have a great double room for rent in a friendly and spacious flat share with 3 others. The room will be available from the 2nd of December as I am heading back home to Australia.
The flat is in Fulham (Close to Parson's Green) with easy access to public transport, restaurants, bars, cinema, shops and a Tesco’s just around the corner.
THE FLAT
The flat is the top 3 floors of a beautiful split leveled house. The room is available fully furnished and includes- a double bed, 2 wardrobes’, side table and a set of draws. As for the rest of the flat there is a spacious communal lounge, large dining table and large kitchen, with a brand new oven installed. There is only 1 bathroom, but it works well as everyone starts work at different times, so it has never been an issue.
THE FLATMATES
Remaining in the flat is a lovely, young professional couple who live on the upper level of the unit. There is another young professional male, who also lives on the upper level of the flat.
As the flat is split over a few levels there is always enough room to chill out together or do your own thing.
THE BORING STUFF
Rent is paid monthly directly into the landlords account and is due on the 1st of each month. Bond is required. Bills are separate to the rent. It is roughly £50 extra for bills per month, which includes wireless broadband, Sky+, landline phone (with free calls to Aus and NZ), council tax, water and gas/electric.
