hi, i urgently need a 2/3bed house or bungalow.this is for myself and my daughter.areas i will look at are nazeing,broxbourne,cheshunt,waltham abbey,hoddesdon,walthamcross.

i have a small dog,but well trained,quiet,and clean.

because of certain circumstances,i do not have a deposit,but if allowed i can pay first months rent.then continue to do so every month.if landlord was not happy with this after 6 months i will move out,no questions asked.but we are a quiet family,hard working etc.
i do not mind condition of house,as i am willing to decorate etc.

if there are any genuine landlords who can help,i would be most thankfull.
i can move a.s.a.p.

i can pay between 800 to 900 pcm. no questions asked.
