Chefs Needed for Upmarket Pan-Asian Restaurant

Situated on vibrant Regent Street, it is one of London’s leading Modern Asian restaurants. With its award winning futuristic design and much coveted cuisine, Cocoon provides the perfect location for dining with friends or private hire.

Complimenting the chic décor and its excellent food and drinks, Late Lounge at Cocoon offers guests fresh and comforting sounds with a program of music that will satisfy the most refined musical palate.

We constantly strive to ensure each guest receives the same high standards of service and unique experience during every visit to Cocoon.

We are currently looking for like-minded individuals to join our team.

Senior Sous Chef & Chef De Partie
The successful candidate will contribute to the production of the highest possible food quality in the delegated section at all times. The Senior Sous Chef will work to contribute to the daily and general running and organisation of the brigade.
Qualifications relevant to the position applied for are an advantage.

Requirements:
-Substantial previous experience in a similar, quality-driven environment
-Pan Asian cooking knowledge
-Experience of working in a large capacity
-Highly motivated with a real passion for food
-Strong team player
-Able to multi task
-Great organisational, communication and management skills
-Strong command of the English language

All candidates should be eligible to work in the UK.
