Chef de Partie required for outstanding hotel in Hertfordshire.

An exciting opportunity at one of the regions most outstanding properties has become available for a 1-3 rosette experienced Chef de Partie.

The role is within the room service department where chefs cater for ‘a la carte’ in room dining, informal in room dining and light bites. This is a varied role within a department that uses only the most fresh and seasonal produce for its extensive menu.

The hotel has won multi awards and therefore the training and career prospects at this establishment are second to none. The Chef de Partie I am looking for will be a strong all rounder with innovative menu ideas and good supervisory skills. I am looking for passion, dedication and commitment along with a love of working with the finest ingredients.
