This company runs a number of major video services for mobile phones in the UK and is offering internship placements to students with an interest in digital services.

The intern will be assisting the operations department in user experience service testing and will receive relevant training.

The candidate will be friendly, have good attention to detail, and willing to learn.

This role is ideal for a graduate or under graduate who is looking for a real experience working with live mobile media services to supplement their academic pursuits.

Specific tasks:

• Reviewing structure and performance of designated services
• Creating test documents for new services.
• Testing existing services for any issues across a number of handsets against specified parameters
• Testing key functionality daily for any issues across a number of handsets against specified parameters
• Testing new services pre-launch across specified handsets
• Quality control checking content on live services and test environments
• Ad hoc tasks as allocated by the Line Manager & Senior Management
• Communication to Line Manager of task progress and completion
• Meeting all allocated deadlines within set time periods.

The successful candidate will:

- Be able to deliver within defined timeframes to expected quality standards
- Be computer literate with basic Microsoft products
- Be willing to accept new and varied tasks
- Have good organisational skills
- Be self motivated
- Be friendly and well presented
- Be punctual and adaptable
