This hotel is a 4**** star property that has 312 bedrooms, Mirrors restaurant and 17 unique meeting and conference facilities including the 466 Shaw Theatre and the Nobel Suite. The critically acclaimed Mirrors Restaurant, seating 90+, serves a Modern European menu also has one AA rosette.

We are now seeking to recruit a Reception Team Member to join our friendly front office team. With excellent organisational and administration skills, you will work as part of the reception team providing an efficient and effective service to all guests. With your with strong communication skills and pro-active approach, you will ensure that the guests are completely satisfied at every stage of their stay, from check-in to check-out.

Experience in a customer contact role is essential and Knowledge of Fidelio is desirable.
