Mark and I are looking for someone to replace our soon-to-be-sorely-missed flatmate from early Aug (or earlier, if needed) in our 3 bedroom split-level flat.
We live in a beautiful garden flat in the lovely Kentish Town, with great, open-plan kitchen/living area, wooden floors, nice bathroom and BIG back garden with lawn and trees and a barbeque.
It's a leafy,quiet street despite being just five mins from Kentish Town tube (Northern Line) and mainline station, and served by loads and loads of buses. The landlords are great, Hampstead Heath is up the road and we love it round here.
The room will be available from August and costs £540 a month (with all bills, including council tax, wireless internet, TV etc, it comes to £620 per month).
Looking for a non-smoker, professional, ideally in their 20s.
