Client Development Executive - Research Now!

We are experiencing phenomenal growth as we continue to invest in our “Valued Opinions” family of online research panels across Europe, and as we continue to grow our client base of leading research agencies.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, bright and capable Client Development Executive to support Research Now’s Client Development team in this exciting phase of development.

Experience Required:
At least six months commercial experience following graduation. Agency side market research sector experience would be an advantage but is not essential.

Key Responsibilities:
•Prepare a wide range of written proposals, following client requests to use our online research panel services
•Support client development managers and directors in all aspects of the sales and marketing effort and relationship build
•Develop an expert knowledge of online research and fieldwork techniques

Required skills/attributes:
•Strong academic background
•Very good written English skills
•Exceptional skills in numeracy
•Strong organisational skills – with the ability to manage your time effectively and prioritise tasks to meet a range of tight deadlines
•Good attention to detail and presentation
•Ability to communicate effectively to both internal and external stakeholders
•Proactive, motivated and flexible team player who is keen to work in a stimulating, ever changing environment, and thrive on the opportunities that this can bring
•European languages helpful, but not essential
