A leading Insurance company are looking for a dynamic and effective Team Leader to work within their Underwriting department.

Duties include:

* Dealing with payment queries in an effective and efficient manner.
* Liaising with both internal and external contacts.
* Dealing with Manual Bookings
* Processing direct Debits and credit card payments
* Managing Aged Debt
* Recognising trends
* Recognising flaws in systems or procedures, as well as implementing changes.
* Leading and motivating a team of 3

You will need to be both forward thinking and have a good understanding of insurance and/or finance.

Candidates with previous Insurance experience preferred.
