We at Shikata Kai Karate would like to welcome you to the world Karate. We teach in a family & friendlly enviroment and cater for all ages. We teach a Traditonal Japanese Karate, based on the old Okinawan Karate.

Also if Karate isn't your thing then why not come along to our Cardio Kickboxing class on a monday. It is where you can work on your fitness levels and test your stamina.
